The three inputs
- Talk to everyone with a marker. Clear the plus markers above heads in Earlwood Village — that alone can put two allies in your Sanctum.
- Finish their quests. Completing quests brings characters to your base, where they unlock upgrades, services and pets.
- Invest in their facility. Materials upgrade what the ally offers — shops, services and working storage.

Recruited allies belong to the world that recruited them — like everything Sanctum-side, recruitment is a world investment, not a hero stat.
