The check the game runs
When the title table still shows Stranger and your Opinion level is 2+, the game checks three early titles in order:
- Romantic Interest: Romance is 6 or more, and Romance × 1.5 is at least your Friendship and your Value Alignment.
- Emerging Friend: Friendship is 10 or more and at least your Value Alignment.
- Ideological Spark: Value Alignment is 10 or more.
Romance is checked first — if the Romance meter is strong enough, Romantic Interest claims the slot before the friendship or ideological titles.
What it means in play
- The bond is officially on the romance track, not just the friend track.
- Your heart-marked picks are keeping Romance ahead of the other meters.
- Romance-branch titles (Fated Paramour, Fervent Lover, Destined Paramour and beyond) sit above it.
